Specified with Benjamin Moore
Why boards specify Benjamin Moore: warranty tied to the written prep spec, Aura's Florida UV performance, color and batch consistency, and lifecycle cost versus the corporate competition.
Why Benjamin Moore
Projects specified with Benjamin Moore
Large repaints we write are specified with Benjamin Moore and guaranteed against the preparation specification written for that job. Here is why boards keep choosing it.

Specified, then guaranteed
Every large repaint we touch is written up as a Benjamin Moore system — surface preparation, primer, topcoat, and sheen, substrate by substrate. The warranty follows that written specification, so the guarantee is tied to the preparation and products actually called for on your property, not a generic promise on a brochure.
Built for the South Florida environment
We understand what coatings face down here — sea salt, humidity, constant moisture, and relentless UV. We help you select the product that fits your specific project and exposure, rather than pushing one answer at every building. UV is the factor boards underestimate most, and Aura Exterior's Color Lock technology holds pigment in place for the longest-lasting results before your color starts to fade.
Color you can actually approve
Thousands of Benjamin Moore colors, plus proprietary collections and our own in-store matching, mean the board is not forced to compromise. We provide drawdowns, renderings, and building mock-ups of the finalists so what gets voted on is what goes on the wall.
Consistency from first pail to last
Benjamin Moore colors are built on proprietary Gennex waterborne colorants, available only through authorized Benjamin Moore dealers like us. They are engineered into the paint rather than added as an afterthought, which keeps color, hide, and durability consistent across every batch — including the pails ordered eight months into a phased job. If another brand tries to match a Benjamin Moore color, that match is never guaranteed and can come out noticeably off from what the board approved. We keep your formulas on file permanently for touch-ups.
A longer cycle costs less
Repaint cost is not the price of a pail — it is the price of scaffolding, labor, and disruption divided by the years the finish lasts. A premium Benjamin Moore system that carries a community two to four years further than a builder-grade or promotional-grade competitor product is the cheaper decision on the reserve study, every time.
A family, not a corporate account
Sherwin-Williams and PPG are publicly traded corporations, and your project is a line in a district manager's number. We are a family-owned business that has been in the paint industry for over 50 years. You will have the owners' attention and direct communication with everyone involved — before the bid, during the work, and years later when you need a touch-up quart.
What the board actually gets
- •A written, substrate-by-substrate coating specification every contractor bids the same way
- •A Benjamin Moore warranty tied to that specification and its preparation requirements
- •Renderings, drawdowns, and mock-ups before a single vote is taken
- •Colors, formulas, sheens, and product records kept on file long-term
- •A local rep on site during the work, and owners you can reach directly
- •No kickbacks — our recommendation is the coating, not the contractor
Warranty coverage, terms, and duration depend on the products specified and on the preparation and application requirements being met in full. We review the exact terms with your board and contractor before work begins.
