What we collect
We collect only what we need to sell you paint and get your order to you.
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone, delivery address, order history
- Account details if you create one: saved lists, saved colors, notification preferences
- Business details if you apply for a trade account: business name, business type, tax ID
- Basic technical data: pages viewed and device type, used to keep the site working
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout and are processed on their systems. We never receive, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We keep only a transaction reference and the amount.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Process, tint, and fulfill your orders
- Send order status updates by email or text, according to the preference you choose
- Answer questions, handle returns, and support warranty claims
- Maintain trade and pro account pricing
- Send marketing email only if you opted in — every message has an unsubscribe link
Text messages
If you choose text updates, you consent to receive order-status texts at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your order — we will email you instead.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work — payment processing, email and text delivery, and hosting — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile, addresses, and notification preferences from your account page. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email contact@hesslerpaint.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and saved colors, and understand which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and sign-in will not work correctly without them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
