Application conditions
Temperature, humidity, airflow, and film build all influence how a professional wood finish lays down and cures.
A coating cannot compensate for an uncontrolled finishing environment. Stable conditions help each coat level, flash, and cure as designed.
Condition the material and substrate
Bring the coating, wood, and finishing space into the recommended range before spraying. Cold material, hot panels, or large temperature swings can change viscosity and dry behavior.
Manage humidity and airflow
Humidity influences water release and drying time, while airflow removes moisture and overspray. Excessive direct air can skin the film too quickly; too little can slow the process and trap contamination.
Verify before production
Use the product's current technical data sheet for the approved range, reduction, gun setup, film build, flash time, and recoat window.
