About Lauren
Turning complex painting projects into clear, organized plans
Lauren Tudor helps property managers, contractors, maintenance teams, HOA boards, condominium communities, and other customers take painting projects from the early planning stages through completion.
With six years at Hessler Paint in outside sales, Lauren combines color consulting, product knowledge, project coordination, and relationship management to make large-scale repaint projects easier to navigate.
Her focus is simple: help people understand what they need, create a clear plan, and make the entire process more organized.
How she helps
Lauren helps simplify the entire project
Large painting projects often involve much more than choosing a paint color.
There may be board approvals, multiple color selections, product decisions, surface-preparation requirements, contractors, ordering, scheduling, and dozens of details that need to come together. That's where Lauren comes in.
Depending on the project, Lauren may visit the job site, help develop a complete color scheme, prepare project specifications, recommend the appropriate paint products and surface preparation, coordinate orders, assist with contractor referrals, or help a board work through color and project decisions. Her goal is to make the project easier for everyone involved.

Making other people's jobs easier
One of Lauren's favorite parts of her role is simplifying other people's jobs. Whether she's helping a property manager or maintenance department source everything needed quickly, efficiently, and affordably, working with a contractor to keep a project moving, or helping a board navigate color selections and project decisions, Lauren enjoys bringing structure and clarity to the process.
She wants customers to feel like they have someone helping them work through the details — not simply someone trying to sell them paint.
Relationships come first
For Lauren, a successful project isn't only about the finished paint job. It's also about the relationships built along the way. She loves getting to know her customers, starting new projects, and helping people feel genuinely supported throughout the process.
That customer-first approach is an important part of how Lauren works: listen first, understand the project, and then help create the right solution.
Beyond the project
A lifelong learner
Lauren is a lifelong learner who genuinely enjoys personal growth. She's always looking for opportunities to gain new knowledge, improve herself, and find ways to use what she learns to help other people.
That curiosity carries into her work at Hessler, where every new customer and every new project creates another opportunity to learn, solve problems, and make someone's job a little easier.
