Peeling & blistering
Usually trapped moisture or painting over a chalky or dirty surface. We test before you recoat.
Mildew & staining
Shade, irrigation spray, and humidity feed mildew. Clean, treat, then use a mildew-resistant topcoat.
Efflorescence
Salts pushing through masonry mean the moisture source has to be handled before any coating.
Chalking & fading
West and south exposures burn out lower-grade coatings. Prime the chalk or it comes right back.
Adhesion failure
Bring us a chip and we'll identify the existing coating and the primer that will bond to it.
Roller & spray defects
Lap marks, orange peel, and holidays are usually tip size, thinning, or recoat-window issues.

Bring this to the counter
- A photo of the failure, wide and close up
- A paint chip or sample of the existing coating
- The substrate type and the age of the last repaint
- Exposure and any irrigation or drainage nearby
